Hi, I’m Lauren! Dogs have been my life since I was 12, and I’ve spent over 25 years learning what actually works — from competing in obedience and agility as a teenager to now running Planet Pup, helping Cork families raise calm, confident puppies. I know how overwhelming those first few months can be, and I love nothing more than guiding new puppy owners through it, one step at a time, right in your own home.
Tyson sometimes also joins sessions to show your puppy good manners.

We can work on your puppy settling in the kitchen, greeting visitors, biting your hands, walking out the front door, listening when the TV is on and coping with everyday distractions — rather than expecting your puppy to learn everything in an artificial training environment.
How It Works
Getting started is simple, and it begins with a chat, not a commitment.
1. Have a free 15-minute chat with Lauren
Tell her about your puppy: their age, what’s going on, and what you’d like to change. She’ll help you work out which course is the right fit. No obligation.
2. Choose your course and book
Pick the Early Puppy course (under 12 weeks) or the Puppy Training course (12 weeks+). Spread the cost with Klarna if you’d like, paying in three monthly instalments at checkout.
Once you book, you will have access to Lauren’s booking Calendar and will be able to book in at a time and date that suits you.
3. Lauren comes to you
The one-hour sessions take place in your home. You’ll learn step-by-step exercises with your puppy in the place where the real-life challenges happen.
4. Practise between sessions with support
After every session you’ll get printed notes and exercises to follow, plus support between visits (by WhatsApp) if you get stuck. You’ll always know what to work on next.

01 What age should I start training my puppy?
We train puppies from as young as 8 weeks old in our 8-week Early Puppy course. From 12 weeks old, we switch puppies to our 7-week puppy training course.
02 What can you help my puppy with?
We can help with common puppy challenges including biting and mouthing, toilet training, jumping up, lead walking, recall, socialisation, settling, chewing, focus and calm behaviour around the home.
03 Do you help prepare puppies for their first groom?
Yes — grooming readiness is something we build into puppy sessions, including handling exercises for paws, ears and muzzle. We also have a free downloadable guide, First Groom Ready, covering exactly how to prepare your puppy at home before their first salon visit.
04 Why are there two different puppy courses?
Very young puppies are still developing their senses and require a slightly slower tempo, so we developed our 8-week-long Early Puppy Course. From 12 weeks old, pups change quite a lot and can handle a faster pace, so are better suited to our 7-week Puppy Training Course.
05 How long is each session?
Sessions last approximately an hour.
06 What if my puppy is very energetic or distracted?
That’s completely normal. The training is designed for real-life puppies — not perfect ones.
07 What if my puppy is older than 6 months?
For dogs older than 6 months, we have a 6-week Good Dog Obedience course that is better suited to them.
08 My puppy is not fully vaccinated yet. Can I still train?
Yes! Because we train your pup in your home, starting training before they have had all of their vaccinations is perfectly safe.
09 Do I need any special equipment?
Once you book the course, you will receive an email with the full agenda and equipment list. Equipment includes items you likely already have, such as a lead, harness, collar, bed, and treats.
